Vivid Health Pro is a health and fitness tracking app developed by Chandru (contact: support@vividhealthpro.app). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We do not collect location data, contacts, financial information, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
Your data is used solely to provide and improve the app's features. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than running the app for you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you create an account, your data is stored securely in AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure in the United States, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Your health data is private to your account and cannot be accessed by other users.
Camera access is requested only when you use the AI food photo scan feature. Photos are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for analysis and are not stored by us or Anthropic beyond the processing of your request. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.

Account deletion permanently removes all your personal data from our servers within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Local data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
This app is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
